Some Santos&Stone pieces is printed or produced to order.
This allows us to reduce waste, minimise overproduction, and deliver consistent quality — but it also means shipping times vary depending on where your order is fulfilled.
We work with Printify’s global network of production partners to ship from the facility closest to you whenever possible.
Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment.

You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, followed by a dispatch email once it ships.

Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages depending on fulfilment location.
Region-Based Fulfilment
To reduce shipping times, emissions, and fees, Printify automatically routes your order to the production partner closest to your delivery address, whenever the selected product is available in that region.
Typical fulfilment routing:

UK orders: Fulfilled in the UK

EU orders: Fulfilled within the EU
Product availability varies, so exact routing may differ per item.

These timeframes may extend during peak seasons, holidays, or unforeseen carrier delays.

We always aim to keep shipping efficient and cost-effective.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.
Split Shipments
If your order includes more than one product, items may arrive separately.
This is normal if products are fulfilled by different production partners or from different regions.
You’ll receive individual tracking links for each parcel.
Customs, VAT & Import Taxes
For UK Customers

No customs fees for UK-fulfilled items

Items shipped from the EU may incur import VAT, depending on carrier and product type
For EU Customers

EU-fulfilled items will not incur customs duties

Items shipped from the UK may be subject to VAT or import duty depending on your country’s regulations
We cannot predict these costs or control border processing times.
Address Issues
Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
We cannot refund or replace items shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Delays or Lost Parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 30 days of dispatch, or appears lost, contact us at info@santosandstone.com
We’ll work with the fulfilment partner to resolve the issue.
